The leaf biscuit on the top of the green tea mont blanc dessert was an idea I had in mind. I like how pretty it sits on the top and hope you love that too.
Speaking of tea, my boss sent me some tea this week from Las Vegas. The tea was grown locally in a herb farm there, and I just had my first cuppa today, it was soothing and nice. Lots of lavender, elderberry and other herbs. The brew and taste was rather strong even though I only put in 1 teaspoon of leaves. :)
