New Miniature Cupcake Base Mold For 1/12 and 1/6 Scale

Hi everyone! There is a new miniature cupcake base mold now available in my shop! This mold is suitable for making both 1/12 and 1/6 Scale.

What's different with this mold is that it comes with 2 different cupcake base designs. See photo below.

One with the cupcake liner and one that comes with a cup. :)

It's hard to find molds that allows you to make 1/6 scale. So for those who are building bakery shop for your Blythe dolls, you don't want to miss this!

For detailed measurements, please see the listing description HERE.

Speaking of Blythe doll scale or the 1/6 scale, I'm currently working on a cake display shelf for my lovely customer. I'll release this and make it available for all of you Blythe Doll owners sometime later once I'm done with this one. But it will be released as a MADE TO ORDER listing.

The design will be similar to the one shown in the above picture, on the RIGHT. The one above is in 1/12 scale. Of course I'll take more photos once I am done with the 1/6 scale bakery shelf. :)

Have a wonderful week all!

Dollhouse Miniature Vintage Kitchen Scale

Last week, I completed making this dollhouse miniature vintage kitchen scale in white color. This has always been one of my favourite kitchen appliances to make as they look realistic. Even though they do take some time, I do feel a great sense of achievement once I have it completed. They are surprisingly quite well popular too.

I plan to restock and make them in other colors too.

Making them shabby looking and vintage looking is just a preference of mine. :)

I hope everyone is having a great weekend! :)

New home and renovations (Part 1)

I've been busy with packing (slowly), donating away things that we don't use, or just throwing out things that are just not usable anymore. There's so much to do each day. I thought it would be fun to take some pictures along the way while the new home is undergoing renovations. Last week, hacking of tiles began. Then they had to lay cement, and water-proof the bathrooms before they can start any tiling.

The living room

As you can see the floor tiles have been hacked off and that piece of wall tile still exists because they are simply going to plaster directly over it. That saves hacking costs.

Another view of the living room leading to 2 bedrooms.

This was the master bathroom and everything's been hacked off.

This is the common toilet in the kitchen, but it's a bit too dark to show up.

One side of the kitchen wall. This side of the wall will be where we will put the washing machine and dryer.

Rather spacious kitchen, I must say! On the left side will be where the fridge, oven and kitchen cabinets are placed.

And today, I went in to take a look. The cement laying is ongoing. That's why it looks a bit dark.

And they started laying wall tiles for the common toilet!

That's all for now! Hopefully more progress pics in another week's time!
