I'm back! This latest dollhouse miniature Spring Morning bouquet has taken slightly more time than usual. A little story about this bouquet. I was working on each individual flower type one at a none. At that time, on their own, none of
them really “stood” out. I was wondering if this bouquet was going to work out. As I continued, everything just kind of fell into place...they
belong together.
I also made a little miniature decorative iron wrought fence to go along with this. I have been inspired by many Japanese real life florists, and their flower pieces are often accompanied by a little iron wrought decorative piece.
And the bouquet in my hand...
Auntie passed me her Playmobil Florist Doll. I had to take a photo of it with my bouquet.
I hope everyone is having a good week!

Beautiful and fresh colours Pei Li! I started painting classes a bit over 12 months ago, and one thing I have learnt is to just stop 'seeing' my work as it is and persevere. Things can be very hard to judge when they are unfinished. Just keep working on it!
ReplyDeleteThat's such a great piece of advice Shannon! Absolutely! Just keep working on it :)
